- Your lease may only be terminated at the end of a rental period. For tenants on a month-to-month lease, the end of the rental period is the end of the month. If you are in a lease for a year, you may only terminate your lease at the end of your lease term. Your notice must be given in advance of the termination date, in accordance with the terms of your lease.
- If you were granted a rent concession at the time of your move-in and you are moving prior to the expiration of your lease, you are responsible to immediately repay the rent concession to Landlord as outlined in your lease.
- If you are giving improper notice, you will be held liable for the rent for the remainder of your lease term or until the apartment is re-rented. You will only be credited with rent that is actually received from a new resident. Premier will attempt to mitigate our damages as required by state law.
If you are a current resident and would like to provide notices or email/text us please login to our Property Management Portal. The portal can be accessed here.
